Some fun physics fact:
You don't weight X kg and on the moon you especially don't weigh 1/6th of that mass.
You weigh X * 9.81 N
Because we can only measure the force you apply to the ground, but as the earth's gravitational field is evenly distributed enough, we can just remove the 9.81ms^-2 acceleration and use the mass
But on the moon, you still have the same mass, just the gravitational field is 1/6th.
It's less acceleration you have to fight against. Not less mass to move.
@maxine Whereas if you’re in the US, you do weigh x pounds, but have a mass of y slugs. I so wish we were on the metro system here
